Sites in Indonesia are near the sunrise beginning of the track, those in Mexico at the sunset ending. Conditions in the Marianas Islands and Guam are slightly variable depending on the precise location with respect to local terrain.

These data apply to the time of the eclipse, give or take an hour or two.

Most of these locations are at high elevations in the mountains east of the end of the eclipse track.
